ServiceTrade is a commercial field service platform with deep functionality for fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors operating at multi-site commercial accounts. Founded in 2012 in Durham, North Carolina, the platform is built around inspection workflows: NFPA 25 sprinkler system documentation, NFPA 72 fire alarm testing reports, NFPA 80 fire door inspections, and the asset-level service histories that commercial customers require for compliance reporting. The product is not aimed at residential operators.
