For each numbered question below, provide a written response. Vague answers and "we'll address that on a follow-up call" are themselves data points in our evaluation.
4. Response format and timeline
- One PDF combining all written responses, with section numbering matching this RFP.
- Pricing must be itemized: SaaS license, implementation services, integration setup, data migration, training, custom development. No bundled "first-year" figures unless each component is also broken out separately.
- Reference customer names from companies in our industry, at our scale, who will accept a 30-minute reference call.
- Three live demos: dispatch board with our anonymized job data, technician mobile flow including offline behaviour, and accounting-platform sync verification.
