The platform serves MSPs that bill external clients, with deep workflow customization and financial analysis tools that small-MSP products like Atera don’t match.
When to pick ConnectWise
ConnectWise is the right pick for established mid-market MSPs (25-200 technicians) that need mature PSA workflows, deep automation, and on-site field service alongside remote monitoring.
