ClickSoftware is no longer sold as a standalone product. Salesforce acquired ClickSoftware in 2019 and folded its optimization engine into Salesforce Field Service Lightning. New buyers evaluating advanced routing and scheduling optimization on Salesforce should look at Salesforce Field Service directly; the ClickSoftware capabilities — territory optimization, predictive scheduling, capacity and demand planning — are accessed through that product.
When to pick ClickSoftware
ClickSoftware capability is the right fit for organizations already on or evaluating Salesforce Field Service that need advanced optimization beyond the base scheduling functionality.
