Description
Field Service Software IO is seeking an organized, client-focused Implementation Project Manager to drive full-cycle delivery of Field Service Management (FSM) and field-ready ERP projects. You will manage project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget go-lives while safeguarding user adoption and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate internal consultants, solution architects, developers, and client stakeholders
- Run weekly status meetings, issue logs, and risk registers; escalate blockers early
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, training, and cut-over activities
- Track KPIs (budget burn, schedule variance, user-acceptance pass rate) and report to executives
- Champion change-management and end-user training to maximize adoption
- Contribute post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned content for Field Service Software IO
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing software implementations (FSM, ERP, or related) for field service, utilities, or construction sectors
- Proven success delivering projects $250k–$2M with distributed teams
- PMP, PRINCE2, or comparable certification; Prosci or other change-management credential is a plus
- Strong command of project-management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to C-suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
